Ingredients:
• 300 g chickpeas
• 3 tablespoons tahini
• 3 cloves garlic
• juice of 1 lemon
• 2 teaspoons cumin
• 120 g olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• ½ tbsp sweet paprika
Preparation:
Soak chickpeas according to the instructions on the package. Boil the chickpeas in 1.5 liters water for 1 hour until they soften. Drain in a bowl and keep the water. Then, mash the chickpeas with a cup of the water they were boiled in along with all the ingredients. Season to taste by adding additional spices or lemon. Serve sprinkled with sweet paprika.
